Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by cntrstmedia. By booking photography services, using this website, or communicating with cntrstmedia, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services
cntrstmedia provides professional photography services including:
• Real estate photography
• Portrait photography
• Personal branding photography
• Commercial photography
Specific deliverables, locations, and project details will be agreed upon prior to the scheduled session.
Service-Based Pricing
All services are priced based on the scope, value, and type of service provided, not on time spent.
Session durations may vary depending on project needs, creative direction, and on-site conditions. Clients are booking a professional service and final deliverable, not a fixed hourly time block.
Booking & Retainer
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure a booking date.
Bookings are confirmed only after the retainer payment has been received. The retainer reserves the scheduled time and prevents other clients from booking that time slot.
Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid prior to final delivery of edited images unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery of images.
In addition, failure to comply with payment policy may be subject to gradual interest, permanent blacklisting, and/or legal action.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
If cancellation occurs within this window:
• The client may receive a full refund of the retainer, or
• The retainer may be applied toward a new scheduled session
If a client fails to appear or cancels without communication, the retainer will be forfeit with no exceptions.
Weather & Uncontrollable Conditions
For outdoor or location-based shoots, sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions.
cntrstmedia reserves the right to determine whether conditions are appropriate for shooting.
Image Delivery
Typical delivery timelines are:
Real Estate Photography:
24–48 hours
Portrait & Branding Photography:
2–4 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope and editing requirements.
All images are delivered digitally via a Pixieset gallery link.
Revision Requests
Clients may request reasonable revisions at no additional cost.
However, revisions will be placed into the standard editing queue and will not be prioritized within the original turnaround window.
Example adjustments:
• Real estate revisions: 24–48 hours → 2–4 days
• Portrait/branding revisions: 2–4 days → up to 1 week
Creative Control
cntrstmedia retains full creative control over the editing style, composition, and final presentation of all delivered images.
By booking services, clients acknowledge and agree to the artistic style and portfolio of cntrstmedia.
Image Ownership & Usage Rights
All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of cntrstmedia.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use images for personal or business marketing purposes.
Images may not be resold, transferred, or licensed to third parties without written permission. Failure to comply within this policy will be subject to legal action.
Commercial Licensing
Commercial licensing information is available upon request.
Terms include:
• Images must retain cntrstmedia branding or watermark identifying original authorship
• Licensing does not imply partnership or affiliation
Licensing fees start at:
• $100 — small business / limited promotional use
• $500+ — large-scale campaigns or mass distribution

Portfolio & Promotional Use
cntrstmedia reserves the right to use images for:
• Portfolio
• Website
• Social media
• Marketing materials
Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
cntrstmedia is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
• Weather
• Equipment failure
• Location restrictions
• Acts of nature
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
