Thank you for choosing cntrstmedia. Our goal is to provide a professional, seamless experience from booking to final delivery. Please review the following policies before scheduling your session.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all photography bookings.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed upon.
Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
All services are priced based on the type of photography service provided, not the amount of time spent on location.
Every project is carefully planned to ensure consistent quality and professional results. Additional services, locations, travel, editing requests, or specialty deliverables may incur additional fees.
Clients may reschedule their session by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
When sufficient notice is given, the retainer may be transferred to a new appointment date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to appear without prior communication, will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Cancellations will result in complete forfeiture of the retainer per the booking policy.
If cntrstmedia must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any payments made.
Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their scheduled session.
Late arrivals may reduce available shooting time and may impact the final gallery. Significant delays may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
For real estate photography, properties should be cleaned, staged, and photo-ready prior to the scheduled arrival.
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe or unfavorable weather conditions.
The final decision regarding weather-related postponements will be made jointly between the client and cntrstmedia with safety and image quality in mind.
Final images are delivered through a secure Pixieset online gallery.
Estimated delivery times are:
Real Estate Photography: 24–48 hours
Portrait Photography: 2–4 business days
Branding Photography: 2–4 business days
Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or unusually large projects. Clients will be notified if additional time is required.
Every gallery is professionally edited before delivery.
One reasonable round of minor editing revisions is included at no additional cost.
Revision requests are completed as scheduling permits and are not prioritized over current client bookings. Because of this, revision delivery times may exceed the original turnaround estimate.
Extensive editing requests or additional revisions may require an additional editing fee.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, cntrstmedia retains the copyright to all photographs.
Clients receive a personal or business-use license appropriate for the services purchased.
Commercial advertising, resale, publication, or large-scale promotional use outside the original intended purpose may require the purchase of an additional commercial license.
Commercial licensing fees generally range from $100–$500+, depending on project scope and intended usage.
Each session is photographed and edited in accordance with the artistic style and professional judgment of cntrstmedia.
Editing styles, composition, lighting, and image selection remain at the photographer's discretion to ensure consistency across all delivered work.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate booking information.
Arriving on time.
Obtaining permission to photograph at any location where required.
Ensuring all individuals participating in the session are prepared.
Reviewing all booking details before the scheduled appointment.
While every reasonable effort is made to produce exceptional results, cntrstmedia shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, equipment failure, venue restrictions, acts of nature, or other unforeseen events.
In the unlikely event of image loss due to equipment malfunction or circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected session.
By booking a session with cntrstmedia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Booking Policies.
